14-Day Action Guarantee

We want you to feel confident joining Cabin Crew Elevate.

After enrolling, you will receive immediate access to the Cabin Crew Elevate training portal where you can begin the first modules, exercises, and program materials.

If within 14 days of accessing the training portal you genuinely feel the program is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund, subject to the conditions below.


Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving access to the training portal
• You must have accessed the training portal and completed Module 1 to Module 3.
• You must have completed the exercises or worksheets included in Module 1 to 3
• Your refund request must be submitted via email to our support team with proof of completion

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible for consideration.


Payment Processing Fees

If a refund is approved, the program fee will be refunded excluding any payment processing charges incurred during the original transaction.


Program Access

Upon approval of a refund:

• Access to the Cabin Crew Elevate training portal will be revoked
• Access to coaching sessions will be revoked
• Access to the community and member resources will be revoked


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Refund requests submitted after the 14-day guarantee period
• If more than Module 1 to Module 3 of the training program has been accessed
• If a significant portion of the program materials has been downloaded
• If any live coaching session has already been attended
• If program templates, playbooks, or downloadable resources have already been accessed or downloaded

All downloadable resources are considered delivered intellectual property and are non-refundable.

Individual results are not guaranteed and depend on factors including effort, consistency, skills, and market conditions.

• The email used for purchase
• Proof of completion of Module 1 exercises
• The reason for your request

Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
